In India, we are practicing Yoga since Ancient times. The evidence of Yoga & Yoga tradition is found in “Rigveda”. Now a day, it’s commonly accepted as a key of healthy lifestyle worldwide. “Yoga” word is derived from the Sanskrit word “Yuj”, which means to join or attach, and it is considered as any ‘ practices’ that help to facilitate a union between self and the Divine. “There are four variants of Yogas, such as Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga.”In this 21st century, Yoga is provided as the best solution for the modern man due to dependent lifestyle on modern technology. Yoga plays an important role in improving postures, increases the intake of oxygen, and enhances the functioning of the different system of our body such as the respiratory, digestive, endocrine and reproductive and excretory system. Yoga helps in treating many diseases from root cause. As ano-rectal problem has become more common nowadays and it occurs due to unhealthy lifestyle, The constant straining due to baddhakostha (constipation) causes the disturbance in normal functioning of digestive system or pull the physical structure out of alignment.
